Complaints


Manor Park Pre-school is committed to providing the highest quality of education and care for all children. We aim to offer a welcome to each individual child and family and to provide a warm, caring environment within which all children can learn and develop through play.

We believe children and parents are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt attention to their needs and wishes.  Our intention is to work in partnership with parents and we welcome suggestions on how to improve the group at any time.

We believe that most complaints are made constructively and can be resolved at an early stage. We feel that it is in the best interests of all parties that complaints be taken seriously and dealt with fairly and confidentially.

If You Have a Concern

At times you may have concerns regarding the service provided by the pre-school; most can be resolved by talking to the Deputy Early Years Leader who will take appropriate action.

However, if a satisfactory outcome is not reached, you should put the concerns or complaint in writing.  The Headteacher of Manor Park First School will investigate the matter and an account of the findings of the investigation will be given within 28 days from the date the complaint was made.

 A written log will be kept and made available to Parents and OFSTED.
